The attorneys behind ADVISE are Mr. Julio P. Garcia, Esq., and Mr. Ambrosio E. Castellano Jr., Esq.
Mr. Garcia founded ADVISE to provide a modern approach to how legal services are delivered. Mr. Garcia’s vision for ADVISE is to continue to build a client-centered law firm. His vision stems from his journey through the legal industry over the past decade. Mr. Garcia has served in the public and private sectors in the legal industry, including in local, state, and federal government and in a civil defense firm. Mr. Garcia has proved proficiency in advising clients on their daily affairs and has become an adept litigator, ensuring clients are represented by a skillful attorney in and out of court.
Mr. Castellano brings a unique perspective and experience to ADVISE having worked as a Probation and Parole Officer, in the First Judicial District Attorney's Office, and now as a defense attorney. Mr. Castellano uses his experience to provide clients with exceptional representation. As an attorney, Mr. Castellano has effectively handled a variety of cases to include: Guardianship, Child Custody, Child and Spousal Support, Divorce, Wills, Trusts, Probate, Contracts, Property and Land Use, Governmental Law, and various other criminal and civil matters.
Currently, Mr. Garcia and Mr. Castellano are advocating for many individuals and the communities that were impacted by the Hermit’s Peak-Calf Canyon Fire in Northern NM to ensure they are made whole.
